What is in an Employer Report?
An Employer Report contains the following information:
- Counts of ticket by status (e.g. open, closed, in progress)
- Number of questions asked per time period (e.g. 200 questions per month)
- Average ticket completion time (e.g. 24 hours)
- Average time to first response (e.g. 1 hour)
- Productivity Analysis (e.g. average number of time needed to close a ticket)
- Potential Savings to the Employer / Company (based on average cost savings of Pharmacist intervention)
