How often can I get a report?

By default, reports are sent on a monthly basis. However, if you are the account manager, you may contact us at any time to request a more frequent report schedule. Our email is   [email protected]

Note: Only Hospitals, Clinics, Doctors, Prescribers, and other healthcare providers that the patient has a relationship with can get a report that contains the patient’s Question History. Employers cannot request the Question History of their employee. However, we do provide Employers with a general report. No potentially identifying information is provided in these reports.
